1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inerday ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Inerday is an energy-tracking and wellness companion app. It allows you to log daily entries, interact with a virtual pet (Momo), receive AI-generated daily reports, and manage your personal energy levels.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (entries, gratitude notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant Inerday a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., AI-generated reports).

5. AI-Generated Content

Daily reports and pet interactions are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and accurate content, AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise).

6. In-App Purchases

Boost Packs and other premium features may be available for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the App; (c) share your account with others; (d) use the App to harass or harm others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inerday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
